The Prosecutor's Office Detains 3 Corruption Suspects At Jalan TWA Gunung Tunak

Investigators from the Central Lombok District Attorney's Office, West Nusa Tenggara have arrested three suspects for alleged corruption in the asphalt road project to the Mount Tunak Nature Tourism Park (TWA), Pujut District.

"There are three suspects detained tonight," said Head of Intelligence at the Central Lombok District Attorney Agung Putra in Praya as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, June 8.

Based on the Letter of Determination of the Suspect (PIDSUS-18) Head of the Central Lombok District Attorney, the suspect is the Initials SM as the PPK for the 2017 Mount Tunak TWA Access Road Development, Initials FS as the Managing Director of PT Indomine Utama for the Construction of the Mount Tunak TWA Access Road and the Initials of MNR as the Technical Consultant for the Development of the Mount Tunak TWA Access Road.

"Investigators are holding detentions at the Class IIA Mataram Prison for the next 20 days from June 8 to June 27, 2023.

This 2017 project was carried out by the NTB Provincial PUPR Office. The construction of the TWA Gunung Tunak access road using the 2017 NTB Provincial Revised APBD as outlined in the document on the implementation of the budget for the NTB Provincial PUPR Service changes of approximately Rp. 3 billion.

"For the construction of the Gunung Tunak TWA access road, after an examination by the Expert together with the technical team, where it was found at several points that did not comply with the specifications, causing state losses of Rp. 400 million," he said.

"Before the detention of the suspect, the Head of the Special Crimes Section first examined the suspect to complete the case file," he said.
