JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) was recorded holding the hands of the General Chairperson of the PDI-P (PDIP) Megawati Soekarnoputri. The moment occurred shortly before the opening ceremony of the Rakernas III with the theme 'The Poor and the Children of Telantar were preserved by the State'.

The moment occurred when Megawati was about to step off the stage of the event. At that time, Jokowi, who was behind him, went straight to the left side and took the hand of the 5th President of the Republic of Indonesia.

The two of them laughed at each other and descended the stairs together.

In addition, Jokowi also had a complete photo with a gold-twinned figure from Megawati before getting off the stage. The handover was carried out accompanied by presidential candidates Ganjar Pranowo, PDIP DPP Chairperson Puan Maharani and Prananda Prabowo.

Still at the same event, PDIP General Treasurer Olly Dondokambey representing the party received the ISO 55,001 certificate in 2014. PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto said this certificate marked that red-stream political parties could manage assets properly.

"As a report for Mrs. Ketum and Mr. Jokowi. This ISO is related to asset management so that the assets of the party are well managed and received an ISO certificate because Mr. Olly," said Hasto explaining the certificate during the PDIP Rakernas III event.

As previously reported, the PDIP National Working Meeting III was held at the PDIP DPP Party School, Lenteng Agung. This activity took place from Tuesday, June 6 to Thursday, June 8.

This Rakernas III will be held behind closed doors for discussing strategic issues in the 2024 General Election. PDIP General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri until President Jokowi gives directions to party cadres.

The Rakernas III participants consisted of the ranks of the PDIP DPP, the Chair, the Secretary and Treasurer of the PDIP DPD throughout Indonesia to the Head of the PDIP Commission and the leadership of the DPR RI Faction Commission.
