Head of the Bali BNNP Eradication Division Police Commissioner I Made Sinar Subawa said this Russian foreigner was arrested in front of a minimarket on Jalan Raya Uluwatu Jimbaran, South Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali with evidence of narcotics types of hasis, marijuana, psilosin (dry herbal medicine), mefedrons, cocaine, methamphetamine and MDMA.
