US Criticism Of Launching Spy Satellite, North Korea: Munafi

JAKARTA - The United States is said to be hypocritical for criticizing the launch of North Korea's military spy satellite (North Korea). This was conveyed by the deputy department director of the North Korean Labor Party Central Committee, Kim Yo Jong.

The sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un assessed that the US has no right to question the sovereignty of a country.

"The US has openly stated its hostility to the DPRK (North Korea) regarding the launch of the Korean military intai satellite which is its right to defend itself," Kim said as reported by the North Korean News Agency, KCNA, as quoted by Antara, Thursday, June 1.

Kim's statement was made after a day earlier the US condemned the launch of North Korea's military spy satellite and urged other countries to condemn the action.

Kim again refused to have a dialogue and on the other hand said his country would continue to fight back.

"We don't need dialogue and don't feel the need to have a dialogue with the US and its clubs who often repeat the words 'end of the regime' and 'overthrow the system'," he added.

On Wednesday, North Korea launched the military satellite carrier "Chollima-1" rocket, but then crashed in the northwestern part of Korea.

The maneuvers were criticized by the US, South Korea, Japan and Australia for violating UN Security Council resolutions.
