Police Decide Not To Hold Yudo Andreawan 'The Angry Man' Who Is Now Being Treated At The Grogol Hospital

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya has decided not to detain Yudo Andreawan at the detention center (rutan) even though he is a suspect in cases of abuse and unpleasant acts. The reason is that the observation of the team of doctors stated that Yudo had a mental disorder.

"Not (detained, red). Because the conditions for detention must be physically and mentally healthy," said Head of Sub-Directorate for Ranmor, Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya, Kompol Yuliansyah to VOI, Thursday, May 4.

However, regarding Yudo's mental illness, namely mental disorder, Yuliansyah did not provide a complete explanation. The reason is that the team of doctors authorized to convey this matter.

"For the type of disease the doctor knows," said Yuliansyah.

On the other hand, from the results of observations, the team of doctors recommended that Yudo Andreawan be sent to the Grogol Mental Hospital (RSJ). So, he can undergo intensive treatment.

"The doctor recommended that he be treated further at the Grogol Hospital," said Yuliansyah.

Yudo Andreawan is a man who has gone viral on social media. He attracted attention because he often went berserk in several public places.

The man with the earthquake was noted to have been angry for no reason at Manggarai and Sudirman Stations.

Yudo Andreawan admitted that he had a mental disorder, namely a disorder. In fact, he had shown a 'yellow card' when he was arrested.

Mental disorder is a change that occurs in a person's mindset and emotions that easily interferes with the performance of his daily activities, especially due to disorders that occur in the brain.

Yudo Andreawan was named a suspect in the persecution case. He abused his colleague with the initials R. The reason was trivial, he did not accept his friend leaving the WhatsApp group he made.

In this case, Yudo Andreawan was charged with Article 335 of the Criminal Code regarding unpleasant acts and 351 of the Criminal Code concerning persecution.
