Head of the West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor's Office, Nanang Ibrahim Soleh, revealed the role of the Director of PT Anugrah Mitra Graha (AMG) with the initials PSW (74) who became an additional suspect in the alleged corruption case of an iron sand mine in the Dedalpak Block. The suspect was immediately arrested because he had been absent from the summons for questioning three times.

"So, in this case PSW as Director of PT AMG who enjoyed all mining profit," said Nanang, quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, April 13. By revealing the role of PSW, Nanang also assured that state losses arising from PT AMG's activities carried out mining on the Dedalpak Block without the approval of the work plan and budget (RKAB) annual from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia took place in the period 2021 to 2022. However, Nanang has not been able to confirm the loss figures. However, he assured that this was still waiting for the results from the audit team of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) Representative NTB. The prosecutor named the Director of PT AMG as a suspect after the examination in Jakarta. The reason for investigators to carry out investigations in Jakarta was because PSW had been absent three times from the summons. Nanang also assigned investigators to go to Jakarta to conduct an inspection on the spot. After Thursday (13/4) morning examination, investigators immediately appointed PSW as a suspect and brought him to Mataram.PSW came from Jakarta with the escort of the prosecutor's team and the police wearing a red vest bearing the Anti-Cor Prisoner.Tiba at around 15.00 WITA at the NTB Prosecutor's Office, PSW with handcuffs was immediately brought to the prosecutor's room in the special criminal field. In handling of this case the prosecutor had previously named two suspects. They are the Head of the Branch of PT AMG East Lombok Regency with the initials RA, and ZA, the former Head of the NTB ESDM Service. Against the new suspect PSW, prosecutors also applied criminal allegations similar to RA and ZA, namely Article 2 paragraph (1) and/or Article 3 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law No. 20 2001 juncto Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 KUHP. Now PSW along with two other suspects are undergoing custody of prosecutors in the Class IIA Mataram Prison.

In this case, PT AMG was revealed to have the legality of an iron sand mining permit on an area of 1,348 hectares. The permit is valid for 15 years from 2011 to 2026. The permit was issued based on the Decree of the Regent of East Lombok Number: 2821/503/PPT.II/2011 concerning Approval for the Increase of Mining Business Permits (IUP) Exploration into IUP Operations for the Production of Iron Sand and Mineral Followers in the Dedalpak Block which is included in the Pringgabaya District and Labuhan Haji District, East Lombok Regency.
