Head of PJR Kompol Sutikno said the incident started when the truck driven by HS was driving from west to east on the Cawang-Grogol Toll Road. Arriving at the scene, HS allegedly fell asleep, so he hit the rear body of a dump truck brought by RH, which was parked on the side of the road with a flat tire.
"At that time the driver (RH) was taking the jack in the vehicle, then the tronton dump truck was pushed forward until it hit the toll road divider on the left," said Sutikno in his statement, Wednesday, January 18.
