JAKARTA - The panel of judges decided to look directly at Ferdy Sambo's two houses on Jalan Saguling, Duren Tiga and the Duren Tiga Police Complex. The two houses are the planning and shooting sites in the alleged murder case of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.

The plan is for the panel of judges to visit the two houses on Wednesday, January 4.

"We schedule tomorrow afternoon after the trial (the defendant, ed) Ricky," said Chief Judge Wahyu Iman Santosa during the trial, Tuesday, January 3.

Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawati's legal advisory team did not object to the decision. Likewise the public prosecutor (JPU).

In the process, only legal counsel for the defendants and prosecutors will attend. Meanwhile, the defendants remain in their respective detention centers.

"So only legal advisors and public prosecutors," said Chief Judge Wahyu.

Then, from the agreement that has been decided, Ferdy Sambo's private house on Jalan Saguling will be the first location. The house in the indictment was used as the scene for the murder of Brigadier J.

"We only see the location as conveyed by the legal advisers of the defendant Ferdy Sambo and Candrawathi's daughter, to see the location," said Chief Judge Wahyu.

Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi are two of the five defendants in the premeditated murder case against Brigadier J. Apart from Ferdy and Putri, there are Bharada Richard totaling, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma'ruf.

The five were charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code. They face a sentence of 20 years in prison or a maximum sentence of death.
