Samsung Launches Galaxy A16 5G In US, IDR 3 Million Phone With Super AMOLED Screen

JAKARTA Samsung has released the Galaxy A16 5G, mobile phones in the entry class, last October in the European market. This phone was also released in Indonesia last November, but only entered the US market on January 2.

According to Samsung's official blog, this device is already available at Samsung's official US stores at a price of 199.99 US dollars (Rp3.2 million). On Thursday, January 9, this device will be available across the Samsung market.

The Galaxy A16 5G brings improvements to the A mobile series. This device is claimed to have a slimmer bezel design than the previous generation. The body is also thinner with a redesigned side frame to make it look smoother.

This phone uses a 6.7-inch 3 FHD + Super AMOLED screen with a clear color. Brightness peak is 800 nits and the refresh rate reaches 90Hz, quite standard for Samsung's entry-level phones.

The device with an A05s phone-like camera display uses the Exynos 1330 processor. Samsung promises smooth and powerful performance to play games, watch videos, or do multi-tasking heavy activities.

For battery resistance, this device is equipped with a 5000mAh battery that can last as long as it is not used to work on heavy loads. This phone supports Super Fast 25W Charging.

For the camera, the Samsung Galaxy A16 5G is equipped with a 50MP main sensor. There are also 5MP ultra-wide lenses, 2MP macro lenses, and 13MP front cameras. So that users can edit directly in the Photo application, Samsung provides the Edit Suggession 4 feature.
