JAKARTA - Vice President (Vice President) Ma'ruf Amin is on a working visit (kunker) to Japan. The two of them still took time to exercise at Hibiya Park, Tokyo, on Tuesday, September 27 morning.

The Vice President's sport begins with a morning walk starting at 06.00 local times by first doing a short warm-up.

The vice president then walked along the beautiful garden streets with trees still green even though Japan had started autumn.

The park has dozens of tall trees including a gingko tree known as "Kubi-kake gingko" which is about 500 years old.

The Vice President and Mrs. Wury walked around three times before resting on a bench in the middle of the park.

Based on the Antara report, the Vice President and a limited entourage conducted a visit to Japan from September 25-28 2022.

On Monday, September 26, the Vice President met with the Indonesian Ambassador to Japan Heri Akhmadi at the Ambassador's House of the Indonesian Embassy in Tokyo. The meeting was also interspersed with dialogue with Indonesian citizens living in Japan via a zoom connection.

On the same day, the Vice President also met with Prime Minister (PM) Fumio Kishida at Akasaka Palace, Tokyo.

Meanwhile, the Vice President is scheduled to attend the state funeral procession for former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe at Nippon Budokan on Tuesday, September 27.

The state funeral will also be attended by 218 countries and international organizations, including Vice President of the United States Kamala Haris, Prime Minister of India Narenda Modi, Prime Minister of Australia Anthony Albanese, Prime Minister of Singapore Lee Hsien Loong, Vice President of the Philippines Sara Duterte, Prime Minister of Cambodia Hun Sen, President of Vietnam Nguyen Xuan Phuc.
