Today's Weather: Bandar Lampung, Bandung To Banjarmasin Predicted To Be Rain

JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts rain with light to heavy intensity to fall in Bandar Lampung, Bandung, Banjarmasin, and a number of major cities in Indonesia today, Monday 12 September.

Based on the BMKG report, on Monday afternoon September 12, light rain is likely to fall in the cities of Serang, Gorontalo, Jambi, Bandung, Pontianak, Banjarmasin, Pangkal Pinang, Bandar Lampung, Mataram, Kendari and Manado.

Central Jakarta, Tanjung Pinang, and Manokwari are forecasted to experience moderate rain in the afternoon.

Quoting Antara, then during the day the cities of Denpasar, Bengkulu, Semarang, Palangka Raya, Samarinda, and Ambon were cloudy while the cities of Banda Aceh, Yogyakarta, Surabaya.

Next, Tarakan, Ternate, Kupang, Jayapura, Pekanbaru, Mamuju, Makassar, Padang, Palembang, and sunny cloudy Medan.

In the evening, light rain is forecast in the cities of Gorontalo, Jambi, Bandung, Semarang, Pontianak, Palangka Raya, Samarinda, Bandar Lampung, Ambon, Jayapura, Kendari and Medan.

The cities of Tarakan and Palembang are likely to experience moderate-intensity rain and the city of Mamuju is forecasted to experience heavy rains.

Weather for the cities of Banda Aceh, Denpasar, Central Jakarta, Surabaya, Ternate, Kupang, Pekanbaru and Makassar is forecasted to be cloudy at night.

Meanwhile, the cities of Serang, Bengkulu, Yogyakarta, Banjarmasin, Palangka Raya, Pangkal Pinang, Tanjung Pinang, Ambon, Mataram, Jayapura, Manokwari, Kendari, Manado and Padang are forecasted to be cloudy at night.

The BMKG estimates that the temperature in these big cities will range from 19 to 34 degrees Celsius and the humidity is 50 percent to 100 percent.
