Deng Ical said there are two options that can be prepared for retired ASNs. First, to encourage them to enter the business world which will certainly have an impact on the regional economy. For this reason, Dilan initiated the formation of ASN Retired Business Entities (BUPA).

The second option, Dilan will empower ASN retirees who have the expertise and experience as advisors to the Makassar City Government. Their placement will refer to their respective expertise. The suggestions and opinions of ASN retirees are believed to be able to direct the program better because they have mature experience.

"Efforts to realize the empowered and happy retirement, we will continue to finalize the concept. However, in general, we will create ASN Retired Business Entities. In addition, we will also prepare them as advicer of Makassar City Government according to their respective expertise," said Deng Ical.
