Family Reveals Tjahjo Kumolo's Condition: Infection In The Stomach Then Spreads To The Lungs To The Kidneys

JAKARTA - The son-in-law of the late Tjahjo Kumolo, Detri Warmanto, revealed that his father-in-law had a stomach infection which then spread to other organs.

He conveyed this after burying Tjahjo at the Kalibata Main National Heroes Cemetery (TMPNU), Jakarta, today, Friday, July 1.

"You were sick yesterday. There was an infection in the stomach, it continued to spread to the lungs, to the kidneys, to the liver," said Detri at the Kalibata National Heroes Cemetery (TMPNU), Jakarta, Friday, July 1.

Tjahjo, said Detri, was treated intensively for 13 days or almost two weeks. While being treated, the PDI Perjungan senior cadre was already using breathing apparatus, pacemakers, and dialysis.

The health workers who took care of Tjahjo also gave the maximum care. In fact, the treating doctors came from three hospitals, namely Abdi Waluyo Hospital, Harapan Kita Hospital, and Gatot Soebroto Army Central Hospital (RSPAD).

"(Treatmented) 13 days, almost two weeks," said Detri.

"I've used breathing apparatus, pacemakers, dialysis of all kinds. In a stable condition, you have to use tools to become a doctor as much as possible. There are three hospitals, Abdi Waluyo, Harapan Kita and RSPAD," he continued.

Detri asked the public to pray for and forgive his father-in-law's mistakes during his life. In addition, the family is also grateful for the presence of many parties who took Tjahjo to his last rest.

"Previously, I apologize if you have made a mistake or made a mistake. We, the family, thank you very much for your presence. We ask for prayers for you," he said.

As previously reported, the Minister for Administrative Reform and Public Reform (MenPAN RB) Tjahjo Kumolo passed away at Abdi Waluyo Hospital, Central Jakarta at around 11.10 WIB.

Before being buried at TMPNU Kalibata, Tjahjo's body was buried at the minister's official house, the Widya Chandra complex. Then his body was prayed at the Quba mosque in the Kemenpan-RB office.
