JAKARTA - Mohamed Hadid shared moments of celebrating Ramadan and Easter with his two supermodel daughters, Bella and Gigi Hadid over the weekend on his Instagram page.

The Jordanian-Palestinian American property tycoon shared pictures of the family celebration with his two daughters, alongside Ramadan-themed stickers.

"Two of my five angels," he wrote on Instagram as quoted by The National News, April 22.

"The best times we laughed and cried together. Ramadan and Easter but the world is more turbulent than ever. The strong against the weak as if no one saw or cared. Such a sad world. Hard to say anything happy... @gigihadid @bellahadid."

Hadid's other children, models Anwar, Alana, and Marielle were also present for the celebration.

"Yes, we celebrate all religions of God Easter Ramadan, and Easter," she wrote in a photo with her five children.

"And respect to all. My parents did it for me and my friends."

In another photo, he shows an outdoor table set with Easter decorations, sharing that the celebration is a combination of "Easter lunch, lunch, and iftar."

Photos from the family celebrations were shared among posts denouncing the Israeli raid on the Al Aqsa Mosque, in which 153 people were injured by rubber bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas fired by Israeli security forces who entered the mosque compound after Friday prayer last week.

"There were attacks on our staff, on medical and ambulance personnel. There was access denied to reach victims," a representative for the Palestinian Red Crescent Society told The National News.

Bella has also spoken out over the incident, accusing Instagram of 'shadow blocking' her Story.

"My Instagram has disabled me from posting on my stories, pretty much only when it's based in Palestine, I assume," wrote the model, who is of Dutch and Palestinian descent.

"When I post about Palestine I get an immediate shadow ban and almost a million fewer than you see my stories and posts."

In a second post, Hadid, who has more than 51 million followers, shared a screenshot showing her inability to share content on her Stories, with the comment: "Won't let me repost for 2 hours now."

Hadid, who has long been a vocal supporter of the Palestinian cause, went on to share her views on the violence in Jerusalem. He shared a video clip from the Al Aqsa Mosque, with the caption: "Let us be reminded that these lands are some of the holiest lands in the world. Where Jesus was born. Where every religion has a place to call home. Pray. To live. (Absolutely not safe. as you can see.)"

He also shared headlines, reposts from other social media accounts, and a number of videos, some featuring sensitive content, as well as screenshots showing a message from Instagram that said: "Upload failed. Try again."

"I wonder what they are trying to hide by censoring me?" asked Hadid.

"I want to know what they are hiding when they try to (censor), harass, attack innocent journalists doing their job."
