SEMARANG - Police have succeeded in revealing the identity of the woman's body, allegedly a female victim, which was found under the Semarang-Solo toll bridge at Km 425 in Banyumanik, Semarang City, Central Java, some time ago.

"From the results of the identification, the victim is identical to someone who was reported missing at the Sleman Police, Yogyakarta," said the Director of General Criminal Investigation at the Central Java Police, Kombes Pol. Djuhandani in Semarang, Wednesday.

According to him, the victim was identified as Sweetha Kusuma Gatra Subardiya (32) who worked as a health worker.

This, he said, was corroborated by the items attached to the victim's body when they were found that belonged to the resident who was reported missing.

Furthermore, he said, investigators will begin to explore the investigation to determine the motive for the death of the victim.

"Investigative steps are being taken to lead to the suspect suspected of committing it," he said.

Meanwhile, the condition of the victim's body when it was found was suspected to have been dead for a week. The discovery of the woman's body without an identity itself began with reports from residents looking for grass around the location.

The witness, who was looking for the grass, smelled a foul smell coming from the package covered in a sarong.
