JAKARTA - Tambora Police personnel arrested Ridwan (31) for burning a toddler (under five years old) who was a friend of his.
"Yes, we arrested him yesterday at around 4 pm", said Tambora Police Chief Kompol Faruk Rozi, quoting Antara on Thursday, January 13.
