Ferdinand Hutahaean Admits He Suffers From Illness, There Is Turmoil In His Heart And Mind So That He Sings 'Your God Is Weak'

JAKARTA - The reported case of alleged blasphemy of religion, Ferdinand Hutahaean, has complied with the summons for questioning. In his presence, Ferdinand brought evidence of medical history.

"I brought, one of them with me, a medical history," Ferdinand told reporters on Monday, December 10.

According to Ferdinand, the medical history evidence is the root cause of the alleged blasphemy case. Because, he claims to suffer from a disease that affects his heart and mind out of sync.

"Because this is the cause, yes, what I said yesterday was suffering from an illness, so a conversation between the mind and the heart arose," he said.

However, when asked about the tweet 'Your God is Weak' which was uploaded in an unconscious state, Ferdinand denied it. He only emphasized that there was a turmoil between his heart and mind so he tweeted the sentence on his Twitter account.

"If you say in an unconscious state, it's not really, but my personal problems make my mind and my heart debate. My mind says never mind I'm going to die, something like that," said Ferdinand.

"So the tweet is for me, so it's not to attack anyone but it's a conversation between my mind and my heart," he continued.

For information, Ferdinand Hutahaean was reported on suspicion of spreading hoaxes or blasphemy to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. The report follows his tweet on his Twitter account @FerdinandHaean3 about 'Your God is Weak'.

Ferdinand is suspected of violating Article 45 a paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 28 paragraph 2, Law 11 of 2008 concerning ITE, and Article 14 paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code.
