JAKARTA - Bripda Randy Bagus has been named a suspect and detained for aborting his girlfriend, a student named NWR (23) who died drinking poison.

Commission III requests that the legal process carried out actually goes to court and if the person concerned is proven to have committed a criminal act, the maximum penalty," said a member of Commission III.
