JAKARTA - The legendary US musician, Lenny Kravitz, confirmed that his four hairlocks were accidentally removed by a fan when he performed at a concert in Australia recently.

The 60-year-old musician's incident took place at Brisbane, as part of a series of tours aimed at supporting his 12th studio album, "Blue Electric Light", which was released in May last year.

In a performance that night, one fan showed excessive enthusiasm when Kravitz took to the stage and walked in the crowd while performing his classic hit, "Let's Love Rule".

After the incident, Kravitz, through a video shared on Instagram Story, said a female fan accidentally pulled his hair, up to four strands of threadlocks were removed.

"Brisbane, it's crazy," Kravitz said. A young woman who was so excited to remove four strands of DADlock from behind my head. You know how hard you guys have to pull it out of my head?

Even so, the winner of the four Grammys immediately emphasized that this moment would not change the way he interacts with the audience.

Kravitz ensured that part of the show that traditionally always required him to step off the stage and enter the crowd would not stop.

"I'm not going to stop going out there for Let Love Rule, because it's our moment together," he added. "Brisbane, you guys are crazy. I love you."

The series of Kravitz concerts in Australia, which marked its first presence in the country since 2012, will continue until Tuesday, November 25 at Johntenuh Arena, Melbourne. After that, he is scheduled for Mildura on November 28 and Adelaide on November 29.
