Video Game Concert Volume II Is More Lively With The Presence Of K-pop Groups On February 22

JAKARTA - Addie MS and Twilite Orchestra are preparing for the Video Game Concert Volume II which will be held at Tennis Indoor Senayan, Central Jakarta on February 22. There is an interesting surprise with the involvement of a K-Pop group.

Through collaboration with TipTip and East Ventures, Addie said that the upcoming concert was a follow-up to the previous event which received a very positive response from the audience.

"Consert to this Video Game, last May (2024) we were actually surprised because the welcome was so good. After the concert, the social media was still crowded. There were also many people who didn't get tickets, because many didn't know," said Addie MS during a press conference at SCBD, South Jakarta, Thursday, January 9.

With a bigger venue, Addie feels that more people will be able to experience watching orchestral performances live playing songs from famous video games

Video Game Concert Volume II will also be more lively with the arrival of collaborators from the K-Pop music industry. The South Korean girl group, Kandis, will be present to perform several songs.

"By presenting Kandis in this concert, it is in line with our vision to initiate the collaboration of entertainment shows between Indonesia and South Korea. We hope that this special event can inspire the younger generation to continue to work and excel in the Indonesian music world," said Albert Lucius as TipTip's Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Meanwhile, Triawan Munaf as President Commissioner of TipTip and Advisor East Ventures said that his party continues to support this concert because what was presented in front of last year's audience proves that Video Game Concert Volume II is a quality creative product of Indonesian children.

"I represent East Ventures. I want to say that we support quality creative works, which are beyond commercial ones," said Triawan.

In addition, Kevin Aprilio, who took part in this concert, said that the upcoming performance was a good opportunity for music lovers to listen to and like video games.

The first video Game Concert response is very positive, that's why there is a second. The hope is that this one can be even more entertaining, because later there will be several new songs performed. Anyway, it will be more exciting, because the place is also much bigger," said Kevin.
