Sheila On 7 Recording In Japan For New Single Released November

JAKARTA - After completing a tour in five cities through a performance at Si Jalak Harupat Stadium, Bandung, at the end of last October, Sheila On 7's musical activity has not stopped.

Duta (vocals), Eross (guitar), and Adam (drums) are known to have visited Japan to record a new single some time ago.

Sheila On 7's trip to Japan was revealed by a musician from Sakura Country, Ryu, via Instagram uploads.

"Sheila On 7 recordings in Japan. Thank you for this week. I had a lot of fun. See you in Yogyakarta next time," Ryu wrote, citing an upload caption, Wednesday, October 30.

Ryu shared photos of himself accompanying Sheila On 7 to undergo footage at Sony Music Studios located in the Japanese capital, Tokyo.

The Japanese musician also informed him that he had finished working on the recording of Sheila On 7.

"After recording their new song (Sheila On 7). Can't wait for the announcement in November," Ryu said.

"See you soon," replied the Ambassador through the comments column.

Previously, when appearing in Bandung, the Ambassador had also informed about Sheila On 7's new single.

"God willing, if it goes smoothly, please pray for your blessing, God willing, we will be released at the end of November 2024," he continued

For information, Sheila On 7's new single will come as their first single after not releasing a work for a long time.

The single 'Favorite film' released in 2018 is the last work introduced by the band from Yogyakarta.
