Former Little Idol, Atya Faudina Debuts As A Singer Through Single Ballad, Removes Her

JAKARTA - Newcomer singer Atya Faudina finally made her debut as a professional singer. Having participated in the Little Idol event in 2008 and Indonesian Idol in 2022, Atya is now starting a new journey.

Atya claims to be a music lover since childhood. He was confident in singing and participating in various competitions to channel his hobby.

'I've loved music since I was little because my father really liked playing guitar and singing. So, that's why since I was little I've been exposed to singing. Even when I was 4.5 years old I had participated in singing competitions to make my own albums," he explained.

Atya is grateful that in 2024 she can realize her dream of releasing an original single. Assisted by Barsena Besthandi as Vocal Director, Seto Bramana as Composer to Music Producer together with Yafi Aria, Atya finally released her first single titled Delete Dia.

The charts of this song tell of a person who has given up on his relationship and hopes that God can soon be released and at the same time erase this story from his life. He also tried to put that personal experience into a musical work.

"Several times I was involved in a relationship that always ended up feeling defeated because I felt love was no longer fun, so I finally felt that the relationship could no longer be maintained," said Atya.

Atya's first single music video can also be watched. Through a visual treat, this MV represents the loneliness of someone who is experiencing a broken heart.

In addition to trying to express his deepest feelings in this song, Atya also believes that there are so many people out there who are feeling the same way. He hopes his work can represent their feelings so that they can feel a little bit of relief because his feelings have been represented through Delete Dia.

"In addition, I also hope that this song can be well received for Indonesian music lovers, as well as useful for me or the people around me," concluded Atya.
