One form of communication forum that is routinely held is a joint dialogue between Indonesia and Japan, namely the Indonesia-Japan Automobile Dialogue and the Biofuel Co-Creation Task Force Meeting," said Anton. Japanese investment in Indonesia is not only carried out in the vehicle and component manufacturing sector, but also includes the development of supporting ecosystems that strengthen the efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainability of the national automotive industry, and in the last 5 years Japan has taken long-term commitments in strengthening the value chain (automotive value chain) by building the Patimban port in Subang Regency, and the Laik Jalan Testing and Motor Vehicle Certification (BPLJSKB) or proving ground in Bekasi.
