Puput Novel Profile, Former Little Singer Who Died Today

JAKARTA - Sad news came from the entertainment world in the country. Puput Zizi Novianti, better known as Puput Novel, reportedly died today, Sunday, September 8. Puput reportedly died after battling cancer for a long time.

Puput Novel died at the age of 50. Based on a short message from Ruli Siahaan Management, it was stated that the former child singer died at 18.24 WIB.

"If there are mistakes and mistakes from Mbak Puput, please give the door to apologize," read the message from Ruli Siahaan Management.

Puput Novel was born in Jakarta on August 31, 1974. Having artistic blood from his parents, Puput began to become a child singer at the age of 3.

Since then, Puput has been active in the children's music industry. Moving on with teenagers, he is also still continuing his career in the music world.

Throughout the 1970s to 1980s, Puput was involved in dozens of music albums as a child singer and teenager.

It was stated that around 36 albums became the fruit of his work, including 28 albums as child singers and 8 albums as teenage singers.

Puput has also been a representative of Indonesia in the Asia Bagus event in Singapore.

His love for the entertainment world made Puput start exploring the world of roles. Some of the films that have starred include Mama's Fruits (1979), God's Aggression (1980), and my late Sorghaku (1998).

Apart from the world of music and cinema, Puput Novel has also explored his career as an advertising star and presenter on several television programs.

After a hiatus for several years, Puput Novel returned to the music world in 2014. Together with the TopGan Band group, he released a religious-themed album.
