JAKARTA - Musician Paul Di'Ano considers music to be an important part of his life. The former Iron Maiden vocalist also wanted to continue doing so during life.
Now 66 years old, Paul is still actively writing music and appearing on stage. For him, music is a life saver.
"For me music is the best medicine for pain that I care about right now. Without him, I don't know what else to do. Maybe I will end my life, if I'm honest," he said in an interview with Blabbermouth which aired at the end of last August.
Paul Di'Ano is busy with his music project, Warhorse. Inside is guitarist Hrvoje Madiraca and Ante 'Popi' Pupacic, and they have just released their first self-titled album.

"I have a lot of songs with my Norwegian band, at least 20 songs. I have to be in good shape to be able to write songs, which are a bit difficult to find. When I'm healthier, I'll write more new songs," he said.
Paul Di'Ano became part of Iron Maiden from 1978. The last show he did was in September 1981. After leaving the band, he admitted that he had not interacted much with his former bandmate.
