Nyesek's Confession Jordy Riz Is Determinated In His Single Debut, But Still Wrong

JAKARTA - The feeling of being wrong in going through romance was conveyed by a young newcomer singer named Jordy Riz. He poured the story into the lyrics of his song entitled Mengalilah Tetap Salah.

Having starred in various soap opera titles and FTV, Jordy is interested in developing his career in the world of singing. Starting from the content cover of songs on social media, he finally had the opportunity to realize his dream of joining dr.m (music label & artist management). Still Wrong to be chosen as Jordy's debut song in the Indonesian music industry.

"I'm really nervous about using it. What was previously only able to imagine the release of the song, now it can really happen. The check again brought my own song, but because I didn't have a lot of experience in making songs, let alone using Indonesian; then I looked for a song to sing. The process of searching for a suitable song and being able to highlight my vocal character was not easy and short. Until finally, having a match with the song Mengalilah Stays Salah, "explained Jordy in a written broadcast.

The song Mengalah Stay Salah was composed by Fabio Ayer, Trakast & S/EEEK, where he tells about the fatigue of someone who has given everything for a partner, but is always seen as lacking or wrong.

"Believed to perform songs from six songwriters who are seniors in music, there must be a burden and challenges in itself. Hopefully I can match their expectations, and also people who already know me from acting or following my cover content. Pray for me!," continued Jordy.

"Through Melalah Tetap Salah, I want to say that it's okay to end a relationship that is already not happy. Resigning does not mean you are evil, but instead you choose to stop being disappointed, so that you recover, and can return to being you who are completely again with a new love," concluded Jordy.

Jordy Riz started his career on the small screen since 2019. From FTV to FTV, he also explored the series to the film. Melodylan, 'Gossip Girl Indonesia, Live With My Ketos, IPA & IPS, Singigala Bucin, Perfect Strangers, and Women in Red, are some of the titles where Jordy plays a role in it.

Apart from acting, little Jordy always has an interest in music. This continues until high school, where Jordy is active in keroncong music groups at his school. Jordy's diverse taste in music expands his reference from Indonesian old songs, orchestral music, to pop or RnB songs that can make him dance.
