Gbrand And Its Afrobeat Experiments Presented At Single Me Nuh Care

JAKARTA - Musician and producer from Indonesia, Gbrand marked a comeback with his latest single titled 'Me Nuh Care'. This work became his first single after an album titled Zenith which was released last year.

Gbrand faces a new phase in his work. And he's trying to pour out what they're feeling right now.

"I think the current period shows that I am ready to achieve what I should have achieved," said Gbrand in a written broadcast received by VOI.

Me Nuh Care tells the story of how Gbrand responds not to care about things that often interfere with his mind in achieving an achievement in life.

Sometimes things that are better to keep hidden will just be a 'burden' in my own head. That's why, I made all my dreams a hit work, "he said.

This single is also the exploration of Gbrand in terms of genres. If previously he focused on Hip Hop and RnB, this time he tried to play with Afrobeat/Amapiano.

Although he admitted that there was no special subliminal message, Gbrand said that this was his way of expressing himself to his indifference to many things.

With the release of this Single 'Me Nuh Care', Gbrand hopes to provide public awareness of the regional language, especially the Ambon language. "Hopefully this can be the pride of the community," he added.

For Gbrand, being a musician and producer gives its own meaning in life. This makes him want to continue to develop and grow self-confidence.
