Promotor Opens Voice About Cancellation Of BtoB Fans In Jakarta

JAKARTA - Seraph Entertainment as a local promoter for the 2024 BtoB Fan-Con (Out Dream) in Jakarta' made a clarification for the cancellation. In this case, they responded to APlanet Entertainment as the agency that had made the statement first.

Promoters put five points in their lawsuit, in which two early points it was stated that they had never approved the cancellation, and concert preparations were already underway.

"That we have never approved the Cancellation of the BtoB Fan Con in Jakarta Concert," wrote Seraph Entertainment in a recent statement.

"That the preparation for the BtoB Concert in Jakarta on July 13, 2024 has been at the 90% construction stage."

Promotor juga menyatakan telah mengurus banyak hal, seperti perizinan kepada pihak kepolisian, visa untuk member BtoB, dan pembayaran sebesar 30 persen kepada APlanet Entertainment.

In the fourth and fifth points, Seraph Entertainment rejected APlanet's statement that he did not carry out the agreement in the contract, which became the basis for the cancellation of the event. Promoters are also still trying to find another way so that the 2024 BtoB Fan-Con (Our Dream) in Jakarta can be implemented.

"That we object to APlanet's statement stating that we are not carrying out the contract because on June 28, 2024 we have proposed to add a contract because of the discrepancy and APlanet itself admits that the contract is indeed COPY PASTE from another contract and there is still TYPO so it is agreed that the contract will be addendum first, then other obligations will be carried out."

"That until we give this response, we are still trying hard to continue carrying out this concert by sending an official letter to Management BtoB, whose goal is to continue to carry out concerts and find a win-win solution for the implementation of this concert. We give this response, hopefully each party can find a solution.."
