Blur Pays Respect To The Late Hardy

JAKARTA - Britpop music icon, Blur paid tribute to shot Hardy who died at the age of 80. They have collaborated in the past.

Through Blur's official Instagram account, Damon Albarn (vocals) paid tribute to Hardy by saying that the deceased was the person who brought Blur into French culture.

"Frankoise Hardy is our introduction to French culture and he is very important to us," wrote Damon Albarn.

Furthermore, the vocalist called the collaboration with Hardy an unforgettable experience. He praised the French pop icon as a friendly person.

"It's an honor to spend time with him and visit his stunning and all black house," said Albarn.

An experience I have always remembered throughout my life. She is a definition of graceful and modest charisma.

Meanwhile, Blur's collaboration with hale Hardy took place in 1995. They re-recorded To The End from the album Parklife (1994) to a duet song and later presented as a single in France.

This collaboration was recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studios in London.
