Michael Bolton Idap Tumor Brain, Already Undergoes Surgery Late Last Year

JAKARTA - Michael Bolton surprisingly called himself a brain tumor. Even the 70-year-old singer had surgery at the end of 2023.

The news was revealed by Michael Bolton through an upload on his Facebook account. While saying happy New Year, he told what had happened last year

I want to start by saying a happy and healthy new year to everyone. I also want to share that 2023 has finally given me some very unexpected challenges," Michael Bolton wrote on Facebook, Saturday, January 6.

"Just before the holiday (cold season), I was known to have a brain tumor, so I needed surgery immediately. Thanks to my extraordinary medical team, the operation was successful," he continued.

Currently, the singer of When A Man Loves a Woman is recovering. For some time, he will focus on restoring his condition after undergoing surgery.

"I'm now recovering at home and surrounded by incredible love and support from my family," said Michael Bolton.

"Over the next few months, I will devote my time and energy to my recovery which means I have to take a temporary break from the tour," he added.

Michael promised to try hard to get well, he didn't want to see fans disappointed because they had to rest too long.

"Disappointing fans or delaying shows is always the hardest thing for me. But I'm sure I worked hard to speed up my recovery and get back to performance soon," he said.

"I am very grateful for all the love and support you have given me generously over the years. Know that I keep your positive messages in my heart, and I will give you more updates as soon as possible," Michael Bolton concluded.
