JAKARTA - An unknown person who claims to be named Rama Chan is known to have covered the song Siain, which was popularized by Mahalini and uploaded it on Spotify.

Through Instagram Stories, the Balinese singer uploaded several screenshots of his Spotify Rama Chan account. He was annoyed because what happened was considered to have exceeded the limit.

"I've never banned anything from covering my songs, but if it's like this, what about it," wrote Mahalini in an Instagram Stories upload, Saturday, December 6.

For this, when the cover song was uploaded on digital music platforms like Spotify, there was a big mistake, especially since Rama Chan credited himself as a songwriter with Andmesh Kamaleng, Mohammed Kamga and Mahalini.

Not only that, the cover of Rama Chan's Siad song, according to song credit on Spotify, was produced by Werdi Media.

"Cape tired that makes people hijacked by DSP too," wrote Mahalini.

In his Spotify account, Rama Chan has uploaded four songs, including Siga dari Mahalini. His account has also been verified.

Previously, he had also uploaded a cover song Officially Missing You on September 2, 2023. Meanwhile, two other songs, namely a song called Move On, and Kurela Let you go.
