Teemu Mantysaari After Appointed As Megadeth's New Guitarist: Can't Wait To Return To Stage And Shake The World

JAKARTA - Megadeth's new guitarist, Teemu Mroomysaari, released a thank you statement to Dave Mustaine and his predecessor Kiko Loureiro for their "all guidance" and "confidence" to him.

The 36-year-old guitar player broke his silence about adding himself to Megadeth one day after Mustaine confirmed that M Wayntysaari would continue to play guitar for the band in the future.

Megadeth's leader, Mustaine, discussed the band's current line-up one day after Loureiro announced his decision to "expand" his absence from the group's tour activities.

Previously, Tuesday, November 21, Teemu released the following statement via social media.

"Thank you everyone for the message of support! @kikoloureiro Many love and respect and all the best for your family. Dave and Kiko, thank you for all your guidance and trust in me," said Teemu.

"I can't wait to get back on stage and shake up the world with Megadeth next year!"

M worryntysaari was born in Tampere, Finland and started playing guitar at the age of 12. In 2004, he joined the band aired. He has also been a member of Smackbound since 2015.

On Monday, November 20, Mustaine issued the following statement: "Hi Droogies, last week I received a call from my colleague, Kiko Loureiro, and we spoke briefly. I asked him how he was doing about the important issues that caused his absence from our previous tour, which was important for him to be with his family.

"I want to inform you now about what Kiko shared with me. But before I do, I want you to know that I love, respect, and fully support Kiko's decision. He has stressed his love for me, Megadeth, and all of you, our fans.

"As a reminder, Kiko had to leave the tour last August to handle some very important and personal family matters. He had a conflict but still appreciated when I told him he had to go to take care of his family. He agreed but was still worried. about us which means fans, and Megadeth. I told him at the time, 'Come on! Kiko, you'll never be able to get back time with your family, I know in person... I myself bear the consequences'. Finally, he agreed.

"Kiko is a leading professional, a maestro and he doesn't want to hurt me or Megadeth," Mustaine continued.
