JAKARTA - Vietnam continues to grow in the environmentally friendly vehicle segment, recently giving birth to an electric motorcycle through the startup company Nuen Moto, N1-S, which has an extraordinary distance.

Quoting from the Paultan page, Wednesday, August 27, Nuen Moto has opened an order for the electric motorbike which is priced at 170,000,000 or around Rp. 105 million.

The motorbike, which comes with an adventure-style design, comes with three color choices ranging from black, blue, and red. The presence of this color can be an attractive choice and matches the user's character.

Nuen Moto stated that more than 60 percent of components for N1-S come from within the country, while manufacturing partnerships have been established with suppliers such as Bosch for electrical and electronic components, as well as J Juan for braking components.

Later this bike will go to Europe and several countries in ASEAN, and the company claims to have received 300 preorders. Of course it's interesting.

So what are the details? The N1-S electric motor is powered by an 8.0 kWh battery, with zero charging time of up to 85 percent in three hours using an AC 220 volt electric power supply, while 100 percent charging takes 4.5 hours using household electricity. With DC fast charging, charging time from zero to 80 percent is reduced to 40 minutes.

The battery drives a 72-volt electric motor cooled by the air which is installed in the middle, moving the rear wheels through the end of the chain, so that the N1-S is claimed to be able to cover a maximum distance of 245 km. This motorbike is claimed to be capable of producing a maximum power of 32 hp with a torque of 190 Nm, while the highest speed reaches 130 km/hour.

This motorbike is also equipped with regenerative, as a result, utilizing the kinetic energy used during braking to recharge the battery, increase traction, and reduce pressure on the mechanical component. The ABS system of two canals is standard, and suspensions use inverse forks and monoshocks on the back.

Meanwhile, the size of the 17-inch rim for the front and rear, with the front tires 120/60 and the back 160/60, makes the motorbike look dashing, let alone has a seat height of 790 mm. If this motorbike enters Indonesia, is it interested?
