JAKARTA - PT Sokoindo Automobile will bring two new electric cars next year, one of which is Aito M7 which was born thanks to cooperation with Huawei.

Of course, the presence of Aito M7 will be very interesting, because the SUV is one of the best-selling in the Chinese market. So what are the full specifications?

Design

In terms of exterior design, this car looks elegant because there are not many curves that are pinned, at first glance the design is thick European, which does look futuristic.

Entering the cabin, most of the interior is covered with leather material and equipped with a 10.25-inch LCD instrument panel, making users very comfortable while inside. In dimensions, Aito M7 has a length of 5,020 mm, a width of 1,945 mm and a height of 1,760 mm with a wheelbase of 2820 mm.

Features

There are many important features embedded in this one car, including the ADS 2.0 assisted driving system (ADAS), which Huawei claims can navigate highways and cities without HD maps. According to Huawei, in December, they will support driving with navigational assistance across all cities in China.

Powertrain

As is known, the Aito M7 was first launched in China in July 2022 and received an update in the 2024 version, which launched 2023 ago. Most recently, the M7 had the first two choices of RWD single-motor powertrains with a peak torque of 200 kW and 360 Nm and AWD dual motors with a peak torque of 330 kW and 660 nM. All versions come with an ICE 1.5T engine that is not connected to wheels but only charges batteries. The 40 kWh NMC battery from CATL is suitable for a 240 km CLTC range or a combined distance of 1,300 km with a full 60L fuel tank.

Prices and color choices

Regarding prices, the Chinese market is priced starting from 249,800 yuan or the range of IDR 555 million for entry-level versions and touching 379,800 yuan (IDR 844 million) for the upper trim. Meanwhile, for color choices include Deep Space Ash, Gilded Black, Ceramic White, Mist Gold, and Frast Folk Green, as well as the special colors of Azure Blue.
