Nissan Qashqai Now Appears More Brave And Offers Fuel Efficiency From The E-Power System

JAKARTA - Recently, Nissan officially introduced an upgrade to the Qashqai model. The manufacturer revised a number of aspects of this crossover, from bolder exterior designs, more advanced features, to comprehensive updates to infotainment.

Qashqai's new face has a more technical look, with more texture and details of interest. It's inspired by Japanese traditional battle costumes that combine expertise with stardom, "said Nissan Design Europe Vice President Matthew totaling, on the company's official website, Wednesday, April 17.

For the front, the headlights and DRL are divided into three different elements. The light blended with a larger grip area with a touch of black chromo and premium silver satin, reminiscent of the iron suits worn by ancient Japanese soldiers.

Moving back, there is a new clear LED light set that is arranged to match the front. The lower bumper also has a sporty profile that is more than the previous version.

In the cabin, there is a digital system that has been significantly improved in order to improve graphic quality and processing time. Thus, infotainment can be connected to Android Auto operations more easily.

In addition, Qashqai is now able to connect with the 'Nissan Connect' which provides direct tracking of cars on site and can be used by authorities if the car is stolen.

One of the most successful SUVs in the European region is also equipped with an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) system, consisting of Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB), Emergency Lane Keep System (ELKS), Emergency Stop Signal (ESS), and others.

Nissan Qashqai is now fully offered in the electrification version, by offering a multi-hybrid technology 3-cylinder machine with a choice of 136 dk and 146 dk of power. Meanwhile, this car is also offered with a fully hybrid of 185 dk of e-Power technology.

This technology makes the SUV have enhanced efficiency capabilities and improved spins. With a thicked window, this further reduces the noise of the wind while at high speed.

This Japanese manufacturer claims that Qashqai mid-hybrid has fuel efficiency of around 6.2-7.1 l/100 km. Meanwhile, the e-Power version has consumption of 5.1-5.3 l/100 km.

Prices from Qashqai will be announced when the booking period opens this summer. The model is entering production phase at Nissan's Sunderland plant.
