A Total Of 10 MG Cyberster Units Start Sent To Indonesian Customers

JAKARTA - MG Motor Indonesia has officially handed over 10 units of Cyberster models to customers held at the Beer Hall SCBD, Jakarta.

CEO of MG Motor Indonesia, He Guowei said that the handover of this unit was the first wave and would then be sent to more customers over time.

"Today we are certainly happy to have sent a Cyberster unit to consumers in Indonesia," he said when met in Jakarta, Saturday, November 16.

In addition, He Guowei revealed that the acceptance from the electric roadster was quite good in Indonesia and has now been ordered up to tens of units since making his debut at the 2024 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) last July.

"Until now, the MG Cyberster order is approximately 35-50 units and the order has reached several areas, such as Bandung to Bali, but currently delivery is for those in the Jakarta area," added He Guowei.

MG Cyberster is an imported electric car from China and designally defines a real roadster that has a sporty style. This car has an exotic design plus it has extraordinary performance.

What is in the spotlight on this car is the presence of Automatic Scissors Doors or known as the scissors door which adds to the aesthetic impression of this sports car.

Then, the roadster has an electric folding rearview mirror with side sein lights to make it easier to park and maneuver. This is coupled with a convertible roof that can be opened automatically which makes it easier for users.

Speaking of performance, Cyberster is equipped with an electric motor measuring 536 dk and the torque reaches 725 Nm which is assisted by driving all wheels (AWD). Thus, this makes the EV run from 0 to 100 km/hour in 3.2 seconds.

Equipped with a battery with a capacity of 77 kWh, the car has an impressive distance of up to 503 km and is fully charged.

Speaking of the price, MG Cyberster is officially sold in the country market at a price of Rp1,688 billion. The manufacturer also offers life-long battery guarantees for the first 100 buyers of this car.
