Nissan Presents Refreshment To Juke With Striking Yellow Color

JAKARTA - Nissan refreshes the Juke model for the European and British markets. The manufacturer introduces the latest color choice, namely yellow, in response to customer demand.

For information in contrast to the conditions in the Indonesian market, Nissan Juke is quite in demand in Europe thanks to its prominent design and has recorded more than 1 million units circulating in Europe. Meanwhile, in the UK, according to data from the UK's Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT), sales of Nissan Juke have been classified as stable and predicted to enter the category of 10 best-selling cars in the UK by 2024.

Unlike the yellows found in the first generation of Juke, Nissan gave a more pale color, which reinforces the modern impression. Thus, the model is deemed suitable to be run in urban areas.

The company also introduced a new trim called N-Sport, which emphasizes the dynamical quality of this model both in the exterior and interior.

The N-Sport variant received a different touch from the presence of black on the roof, rearview mirror, insertion, rim arch, grip, and pillar A or B. Thus, the appearance of the vehicle looks dashing and arrogant when crossing the highway.

Furthermore, Nissan also provides a change to the interior by providing the same atmosphere as in the cockpit of the aircraft, with a center console and a redesigned instrument panel.

The company provided a screen of central infotainment and digital TFTs measuring 12.3 inches each. In addition, drivers can also set the information display configuration according to their respective preferences.

In addition, this crossover is equipped with a cabin layer made of the latest material such as smoother skin and looks cleaner, making drivers and passengers more comfortable when traveling.

This latest Nissan Juke is also equipped with radar features that are useful for drivers, such as Lane Departure Warning. The Emergency Lane Keep system is also presented as optional but becomes standard equipment for the Tekna type and so on.

The manufacturer provides this model in two powertrain options, namely pure hybrid and ICE. For the hybrid, the car is equipped with a 1.6 liter 4-cylinder petrol engine with 93 dk, which works in collaboration with a 48 dk electric motor, as well as a 1.2 kWh battery.

Meanwhile, the non-hybrid version is embedded with a 1.0 liter engine with turbocharged. Despite having a smaller capacity, the pure ICE version of Juke produces up to 115 dk of power and torques of more than 200 Nm.

In terms of the dental transfer system, Nissan presents the transmission of six manual accelerations and seven DCT accelerations in the non-hybrid version. For the hybrid, the brand gives it a multi-mode automatic transmission that sends power to the forward doubles.

The model will be produced at Nissan's Sunderland, UK factory. Juke will be priced as it approaches market launches, followed by its delivery to customers in the next few months.
