JAKARTA - After traveling to various foreign festivals, the film Seperti Dendam, Rindu Harus Dibayar Tuntas will be screened in Indonesia in December.

Set in the early '90s, the film Seperti Dendam, Rindu Harus Dibayar Tuntas tells the story of Ajo Kawir (Marthino Lio) who is impotent. That secret made him a person who is not afraid of death.

One day, Ajo Kawir meets Iteung (Ladya Cheryl), a female fighter who is able to destroy Ajo Kawir and fall in love.

Monday, November 1st, the production house of Palari Films released its first trailer and poster. Several scenes depict the ups and downs of Ajo Kawir and Iteung's relationship which will be answered in this film.

Besides Marthino Lio and Ladya Cheryl, the film Seperti Dendam, Rindu Harus Dibayar Tuntas also stars Reza Rahadian, Ratu Felisha, Sal Priadi, Kevin Ardilova, Kiki Narendra, Djenar Maesa Ayu, Eduwart Manalu, Lukman Sardi, Ayu Laksmi, Piet Pagau, Cecep Arif Rahman, Christine Hakim, and many others.

In international screenings, the film Seperti Dendam, Rindu Harus Dibayar Tuntas triumphed in a number of festivals, one of which was Golden Leopard at the Locarno Film Festival. The film is also scheduled to be the opening film for the Singapore International Film Festival on 25 November.

Please note that the film Seperti Dendam, Rindu Harus Dibayar Tuntas is classified as 17+ so those under the age of 18 are not allowed to watch it.
