JAKARTA - Saipul Jamil has served his sentence in prison, and is now breathing free air. Osner Johnson Sianipar as a lawyer for DS who became a victim in the case that made the dancer and presenter imprisoned hopes that he can learn a lot from what has happened. Hopefully, in the future, he will not repeat his actions.

Saipul Jamil has been breathing free air since Thursday, 2 September. He has served a sentence of 8 years with a total remission of 30 months. To VOI, the former lawyer for the victim Saipul Jamil (DS), Osner Johnson Sianipar emphasized that what his client did was not revenge. However, Osner felt disappointed when he heard Saipul Jamil utter a sentence as if he did not feel a grudge against any party.

"From a legal point of view, we have accepted the judge's decision on this case. We have absolutely no grudges," Osner told VOI, who interviewed him recently.

While serving his sentence in prison, he hopes that Saipul Jamil can repent for what he has done before and will not repeat his actions. "We hope that he will not repeat an act that is seen by the public as displeasing," he said.

"Everyone knows and the court has determined that SJ has been proven guilty of abusing minors. The court's decision has been properly applied to him," said Osner about Saipul Jamil who has already served his sentence for his actions. More can be seen in this video.
