Ryu Jun Yeol's New Drama Synopsis, Lost, Reveals The Story Of Searching For Life's Purpose

JAKARTA - Drama Lost will open a new line of Korean dramas in September. The drama will air from September 4 on the television channels JTBC and iQiyi. Starring Ryu Jun Yeol, this drama focuses on the story of people who realize they haven't achieved anything in their entire life.

Drama Lost tells the story of a group of ordinary men and women who realize that they have not achieved anything in life. Bu-Jeong (Jeon Do-Yeon) is a ghostwriter, his writings will be claimed as someone else's work.

At nearly 40 years old, Bu-Jeong feels that her life has no meaning. One day, Bu-Jeong meets a young man named Kang-Jae (Ryu Jun-yeol) who has lost his way in life due to constantly getting involved in dangerous problems due to the pursuit of wealth. The 27-year-old man works in a helping service.

Two people who have to face all the uncertainties of their future, support and heal each other in the drama Lost. Kang Jae tries to rise from poverty but he's afraid he won't be able to face the difficult situation.

Lost focuses on two main players. Boo Jung (Jeon Do Yeon) is a ghostwriter in his 40s who doesn't know his purpose in life. Then there is Kang Jae (Ryu Jun Yeol), a 27-year-old man who works in a helping service.

In the teaser, Kang Jae appears to meet Boo Jung. At first, Boo Jung upset an actress and client named Ah Ran (Park Ji Young). He wants revenge against Ah Ran.

Ah Ran recruits Kang Jae to block Boo Jung's intention of exposing her secret. Kang Jae also meets Boo Jung and things get even more complicated.

Previously, the first teaser for Korean drama, Lost showed the mysterious figure of Kang Jae and met Boo Jung. On one occasion, Kang Jae asked if he could be Boo Jung's friend, but Boo Jung didn't answer.
