JAKARTA - Streaming service KlikFilm presents three of the latest Indonesian films, namely Ballad of a Crazy Lover, Marriage, and Message Behind the Clouds.

These three films have different stories and genres so that the audience can see the various perspectives presented through these films.

The Ballad of a Crazy Lover is the latest film directed by Anggy Umbara. The story is based on the work of Han Gagas who won the Falcon Script Hunt competition held by the production house Falcon Pictures in 2020.

The story is unusual and explicit enough to make Anggy have to make a number of changes, one of which is cutting some scenes. “It reduces some but doesn't detract from the essence of the film. (So) it's more calm," said Anggy.

Played by Denny Sumargo and Sara Fajira, the film Balada A Pair of Crazy Lovers presents the tragic story of two humans in search of love and a better life.

There is also the film Marriage directed by Danial Rifky, starring the couple Ge Pamungkas and Kykuu. As a married couple, they didn't need an adaptation to become a new character in the film.

“I want the players to be married couples in real life. That way, they will give more value to the story because they really experience married life to their daily conflicts,” said Danial Rifky.

In addition, there is Message Behind the Clouds, a romantic film from Sunu, played by Hanggini and Refal Hady. This romance film has a different concept from most love films.

"It's also the first time I've seen a film concept like this, doing things in a low-key but sweet ending," said Hanggini.

Sunu also hopes that something can be taken from the film Message Behind the Clouds, starting from stories of love, family, and oneself.

The Ballad of a Crazy Couple, Marriage, and Messages Behind the Clouds has been available since Friday, August 20 through KlikFilm. Spectators who want to watch only need to pay Rp. 10 thousand/week.
