Even Though She Doesn't Have A Car, Sarah Sechan Is Still Happy Living In Singapore

JAKARTA - Sarah Sechan has now lived in Singapore since 2019. The former MTV VJ decided to move to Singapore following her husband, Neil Furuno. She said she really enjoyed living in the White Lion Land.

"We don't have a car here, but we walk everywhere, ride a bicycle or use public transportation. My son is also learning to be independent here", said Sarah, quoted from ANTARA, Wednesday, July 7.

Sarah also said it was not difficult to adapt to food in Singapore. According to her, the types of dishes there are not much different from Indonesia.

This "Free" movie player can easily find Indonesian restaurants. She also often cooks rice chicken which is a favorite of her little family.

"Chicken rice is definitely something my family likes, and there are only three of us, so it's easier for us to take away than cook. If we make our own, we can make it for days", said Sarah.

During the pandemic, Sarah often ordered Indonesian specialties. She ordered it directly from an Indonesian who also lives there.

"I have known many Indonesians who are good at cooking here. There are also many Indonesian restaurants here, so actually, during the pandemic, I ordered a lot of Indonesian food, so, during the pandemic, I gained weight", said Sarah.
