Jo Se Ho Responds To Allegations Of Close To Criminal Organizations, Withdraws From TV Shows

JAKARTA - Celebrity from South Korea, Jo Se Ho opened his voice about rumors that dragged his name over the past few weeks. He is said to be friends with someone who is in a circle of a criminal organization called Choi.

Reportedly, because of their closeness, Jo Se Ho got money that made him a wealthy comedian. The agency denied that their artist was related to Choi, but he chose to withdraw from the two events he starred in.

Tuesday, December 9, A2Z Entertainment as Jo Se Ho's agency stated that he left 2 Days & 1 Night and You Quiz on the Block. They explained that their artist felt they had to take responsibility for the misunderstandings surrounding him.

On the same day, Jo Se Ho also wrote a statement via his Instagram account and discussed his decision to leave the two events.

First, I sincerely apologize for disappointing so many people with this latest issue. Thinking maybe this disappoints the people who support me, I'm having a hard time talking about it. I'm afraid my long explanation just causes discomfort but I feel I have to talk," Jo Se Ho wrote on Tuesday, December 9.

"Because I travel a lot to local events, I meet a lot of people I've never known before. As someone the public sees, I should be careful in dealing with the people around me but with my young thoughts, I don't think I'm having that relationship with adults," he said.

As the agency said, Jo Se Ho emphasized that he had no in-depth relationship even though the photos circulating showed their closeness. He also chose to leave the two events he starred in because he felt they were not in line with what he experienced.

I fully understand that the photos circulating caused disappointment. I should give laughter and comfort to the audience, but I actually let you down. Once again, I apologize and reflect on myself," he said.

I feel guilty to the members, staff and audience who believe and work with me. Last year, I married and started a family but through this incident, I realized how disappointing I was," said Jo Se Ho.

He closed his statement by apologizing and reflecting on himself so that incidents like this do not happen in the future.

I will use this opportunity to reflect and greet you with more maturity. I will be a better person. Once again, I'm sorry," wrote Jo Se Ho.
