Not Only Infidelity, The Reason For Dahlia Poland's Divorce Lawsuit Was Due To Repeated Problems

JAKARTA - Dahlia Poland's decision to sue for divorce from Fandy Christian was based on deeper problems than just the issue of infidelity that had surfaced.

His attorney revealed that there were a series of incidents that continued to recur and could no longer be tolerated by Dahlia.

I Wayan Vajra Fhany Jaya explained that his client's household rift was the fruit of a prolonged conflict.

"Basically, in general, it has been a prolonged argument. There are actions, there are several things that happen in their household," he explained via Zoom connection, recently.

He emphasized that the current problems are not just the impact of old issues, but the accumulation of new problems that continue to occur.

"Now it's not only in Dahlia's trust, but there are incidents, not one, several times the incidents that have been repeated which according to Mrs. Dahlia can no longer be repaired," said Wayan.

The process of arriving at this divorce suit has been going on for a long time, where Dahlia has started consulting the law since 2023.

"Looking for me, wanting to consult it from 2023, continuing again in 2024, we met again for consultation, finally in 2025 the fix filed for divorce," explained I Wayan Vajra Fhany Jaya.

When asked about domestic violence, I Wayan Vajra Fhany Jaya chose not to talk much because it had become an agreement with Dahlia Poland.

"I can only say, I can't answer. Sorry, friends, because of this, maybe if you look at it, maybe it was spread yesterday, yesterday the page of the lawsuit, there was a mention of Fasah, yes, it was only the title of the lawsuit but the point is that both Mrs. Dahlia and us as attorneys, we had met several times before," he concluded.
