Luna Maya And Maxime Bouttier Reveal Behind Kiss Scenes: Hurry Up, Learn The Sun

JAKARTA - Luna Maya and Maxime Bouttier recently revealed the story behind their kiss scene in the film Gundik by director Anggy Umbara. The two of them shared how the moment happened without much drama and was even done in a hurry.

"I don't know how to answer that because the sensation is the same when I'm a player and have to kiss other co-stars," said Luna Maya at the Gundik Film Premiere Gala in Kuningan, South Jakarta, Friday, May 16.

Maxime also added that at that time they were racing against time because they had to pursue sunlight for the smoothness of shooting.

"Honestly, we were chasing the sun at that time, so we were in a bit of a hurry. So there was no time to feel the euphoria in the scene, we were just in a hurry to kiss, kiss fast, fast, next scene," said Maxime Bouttier.

Although it seemed simple, it turned out that the scene had gone through a long discussion before it was finally carried out.

"But there was a fairly long discussion at first, no, no," he continued.

Luna Maya also expressed her personal opinion about the scene, which according to her has an interest outside the context of the story alone.

"Yes, from my point of view, I actually felt what I felt at that time, from a personal point of view, it seems that the need for marketing promos is like that," continued Luna Maya.

The film Gundik itself will air on May 22 and will feature performances from Rukman Rosadi, Agus Kuncoro, Arief Didu, Ratu Sofya, Dian Sidik to Yatti Surachman.
