Edwin's New Film, Monster Hair Factory Makes Rachel Amanda, Lutesha, Iqbaal Becomes A Sister

JAKARTA - Palari Films announced Edwin's latest film entitled Monster Factory Rambut. This fantasy horror genre film marks their 9th production after Ransom Sina which airs this year.

"We are trying to explore providing diversity of content and trying to stay explored because we think that if we don't dare to try something we won't develop. We try a new taste after the film 7, 8, 9 is increasingly explored in Mist Beduri and then Ransom Sina," said Muhammad Al-Zaidy as the producer of the film on Monday, November 18.

This film is a production collaboration between three countries, namely Indonesia, Japan and Singapore. The script was written by Edwin and Eka Kurniawan several years ago. Rachel Amanda, Lutesha, and Iqbaal Ramadhan were asked to be the main characters.

'Putri is the first child's sister. She is a shabuyan worker who has to replace her mother at the factory because of her many debts," Rachel Amanda said in State Film Production (PFN), Jatinegara.

Previously, he was shot at PFN, but this is the first time filming the whole building and in such a way and his artistic set of intentions. This one building was made as a factory and we as players are doing it to be real," he said.

"This is the second child who is becoming a bit strange if his brother works hard if I become myself and believes mystical things," said Lutesha.

"Bona is the youngest child with the most need and wants to be understood. That's the dynamics of Putri's character, Ida, Bona with the set of workers for the future and prioritizing sister's story," explained Iqbaal, who is also the executive producer for this film.

Apart from Iqbaal, this film was again produced by Meiske Taurisia with Dian Sastrowardoyo who is the executive producer for Monster Rambut Factory.

"I am very happy to work with Palari for a different role and now I am the executive producer. For me to be a colleague is a privilege in film actors because there is no doubt about his recognition and achievements," said Dian Sastrowardoyo.

Monster Factory Rambut tells the story of Putri (Rachel Amanda), Ida (Lutesha) who is forced to work in a hair factory after their mother mysteriously dies. They work at the factory to pay off debts until they experience mysterious events.

This film was also played by Sal Priadi and content creatorEVin Luqman who made this film his first film.

Production will be completed soon and the Monster Film Factory Rambut is planned to hit Indonesian cinemas by 2025.
