JAKARTA - Minister of Creative Economy / Head of the Creative Economy Agency (Menekraf / Kabekraf) of the Red and White Cabinet, Teuku Riefky Harsya, has just handed over positions (sertijab) with the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy / Head of the Tourism and Creative Economy Agency (Menparekraf / Kabaparekraf) for the period 2020-2024 Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno.

Menekraf/Kabekraf, Teuku Riefky Harsya, in his remarks at the sertijab event at Balairung Soesilo Soedarman, Sapta Pesona Building, Jakarta, Monday (21/10/2024) stated that he was ready to continue the flagship programs of Menparekraf/Kabaparekraf for the period 2020-2024 Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno.

"We will continue, maintain, and raise what Mr. Sandi and Mrs. Angela have been doing so far. We are ready to make the Ministry of Creative Economy one of our shared Ministries of pride," said Teuku.

In the first 100 days of serving as Menekraf, Teuku will start its agenda by conducting coordination meetings with internal officials within the Ministry of Creative Economy/Bapekraf to formulate necessary steps and strategies in line with what the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo, mandated.

"He (President Prabowo) really hopes that this creative economy will become a large, well-established, strong ecosystem, and become one of the backbones of our economy," said Teuku.

Menekraf Teuku also revealed that he would coordinate with the Minister of Tourism, Widiyanti Putri Wardhana, to make adjustments and transitions after the breaking of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy to the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.
