Officially Divorced From Aditya Zoni, Yasmine Ow Gets Child Custody

JAKARTA - The household of the couple Aditya Zoni and Yasmine Ow was officially divorced by the Cibinong Religious Court on Tuesday, September 24.

"The results of the deliberation of the panel of judges examining the case have given a verdict that means in the initial request, in this case Yasmine," said Public Relations of the Cibinong Religious Court, Dadang Karim at his office, Tuesday, September 24.

"Because Yasmine, who filed the lawsuit, granted the plaintiff's claim. This means that the lawsuit filed by Yasmine was granted, then handed down one divorce from Muhammad Aditya Warman to the plaintiff Yasmine Ow, so it fell one ba'in sughro," explained Dadang.

Dadang added, regarding child custody, the panel of judges decided to be under the care of Yasmine Ow as a mother on condition that she gave Adit access to meet her child.

"Then determined that the child named Zayn Serdar Enver Warman under the care of the plaintiff was under Yasmine's care," he added.

"Then give an appeal to the plaintiff to continue to provide access to the defendant, meaning that Yasmine still has to provide access to Aditya to meet the child," he explained.

Regarding his own living, Dadang explained that from the start Yasmine had not sued this so that it would not be considered by the judge.

"Because the income issue was not requested by the plaintiff, the panel of judges did not answer, did not consider it because they were not asked," he said.
