Ria Ricis And Teuku Ryan Will Be Called By Investigators Regarding The Fitnah Of Siri Atta Halilintar's Marriage

JAKARTA - The alleged defamation case reported by Atta Halilintar against social media accounts will continue with the summons of several witnesses.

Some of the witnesses who will be summoned are Ria Ricis and also Teuku Ryan whose names were dragged into slander of serial marriage with Atta Halilintar.

"For the agenda, investigators have scheduled to ask for witness statements, witnesses there, RR (Ria Ricis), then RR's husband, the others are still scheduled," said PLH Head of Public Relations, AKP Nurma Dewi at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Tuesday, September 17.

Nurma explained that Ria Ricis's name was written by Atta Halilintar in his report for questioning.

"So what is clear is that it was written, there was a name RR written down. Why did the investigators ask because there was RR. Because it had to be questioned, the writing (postingan) was once married to RR," continued Nurma Dewi.

In this case, Atta Halilintar has been questioned by investigators on Thursday, September 12.

"If we have asked for information about the case reported by AM, the investigators have asked for information, then the information has been collected by investigators," explained Nurma Dewi.

"This means that yesterday the schedule was on the 12th, yes. That day it was also checked, questioned, then from AM it had given information," he said.

Previously, Nurma confirmed the report made by Atta Halilintar against the social media account that slandered her and married Ria Ricis.

"So it is true that last night MA alias AH (Atta Halilintar) came to the South Jakarta Metro Police, to report the case that happened to him," said Nurma Dewi at the South Jakarta Police, Thursday, September 5.

"What was there clearly wrote that the victim's brother had been married in a serial manner to RR (Ria Ricis), that what was reported was clearly written on the WO initials account," he continued.

Atta Halilintar reported a TikTok account with the initials WO with the alleged defamation and the ITE Law.

"What was reported was the ITE Law, defamation, (the number of accounts) reported was only one initial WO, TikTok account," explained Nurma Dewi.
