East Java Police Chief Inspector General Imam Sugianto checked at security posts and service posts in Surabaya and Sidoarjo to ensure security on New Year's Eve 2025.

Checks were carried out at the Yan Terminal Purabaya Post, Pam Bundaran Waru Post and the Pam Post of the Surabaya Zoo.

"Today the East Java Police Chief and Mrs. Bhayangkari, along with the main officials (PJU) of the East Java Regional Police, directly inspected the implementation of integrated post activities, service posts and security posts spread across the East Java region, one of which was at an integrated post at the Purabaya Terminal," said Dirlantas Polda East Java Kombes Komarudin at Purabaya Terminal, Sidoarjo. reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, December 31.

Komarudin said that the inspection at the Purabaya Terminal was carried out by the Kapolda because the terminal was one of the largest access used by the community for homecoming.
